- How long does a kitchen cabinet installation take?
- A typical prefab kitchen cabinet installation typically takes three to five days depending on the size of the kitchen. Custom built-in cabinets take longer depending on complexity. We’ll give you a realistic timeline during the estimate so you can plan accordingly.
- Do you install doors purchased from other suppliers?
- All doors must be purchased through us. This ensures we can stand behind the quality of the materials and honor our 12-month labor guarantee without any complications from supplier or product issues on the client’s end. We source from quality suppliers including Frank’s Doors in Seattle and can walk you through the available options during your estimate.
- How much does door installation cost in Seattle?

- Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your work?
- All labor is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation. If you have a problem and happen to be outside the 12 month warranty, please reach out anyway.
- What if I can not be onsite for some reason?
- Many projects can be handled remotely without the need for you to ever be onsite. This is a case by case situation. If you are an out of state landlord its probably not a problem.
- When is payment due?
- A deposit to hold your scheduled days is due upon scheduling. Final payment is due upon completion of work, by end of business the same day.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Cash, checks & zelle are accepted in person for free. Credit cards & applepay are accepted in person with a 3% processing fee. Zelle is accepted remotely for free and credit cards can be taken over the phone(4% processing fee).
- How are late payments and non-payments handled?
- Payment is due upon completion of work by end of business, same day. A 1% late fee(1% of the principal) will be added to the outstanding balance each day payment is past due. Any outstanding balance remaining after 14 days will either result in a lien on the property or the matter being sent to court. At that point any processing fees, court service fees, etc would be added to the outstanding balance.
